What is a manger?

A manger can refer to a few different things, but most commonly it refers to a person who is responsible for directing and coordinating the work of a group of people in an organization or company. Some common tasks that managers may undertake include setting goals and objectives for their team, communicating with employees to ensure tasks are completed efficiently, and monitoring progress to ensure that things are on track. Good managers are often strong communicators, able to motivate and inspire their team, and skilled at problem-solving and conflict resolution. They may also be responsible for hiring new team members and ensuring that their team members receive adequate training and support. Some examples of people who might hold management positions include supervisors, team leaders, department heads, and general managers.
